Rapid Recharge did just that after a 3 1/2 hour ride this weekend. I was toast when I finished, but within hours I was well on my way toward completing my "honey do" list without a nap. Today I felt strong on my lunchtime ride and will be going out after work for another. This stuff is AWESOME!!! |
